I am going to The Web Squad next week to talk to them about making another website for me. The Web Squad does a great job not only in terms of making the site, but also in terms of promoting the site and maximizing traffic. My new site is going to deal with some of the problems within our justice system, particularly in the area of mandatory minimum sentences. This involves a judge not being able to use his discretion in sentencing someone, because the state imposes a specific identical sentence for every single person convicted of that same crime. This one size fits all policy is extremely wrong, because in law no two situations and no two people are exactly alike. If we as a society are serious about having an affective judicial system that is fair we have to analyze each situation on an individual basis and make decisions accordingly.
